Monitoring Indicators
Multiple indicators, selections are specific to the site and monitoring objectives. 4 short-term, livestock/herbivore grazing use indicators, and 6 long-term, resource condition indicators. - Short term: 1) Stubble height, 2) Streambank alteration, 3) Woody species use, and 4) Streambank stability and cover - Long-term: 5) Greenline composition, 6) Woody species height class, 7) Woody species age class, 8) Greenline to greenline width, 9) Substrate, 10) Residual pool depth and pool frequency.
